1. Our commitment
We design and build to conform with WCAG 2.2 at Level AA and follow the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102) and European Accessibility Act (2019/882).
2. Standards and conformance
Target conformance: WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes.
3. Accessibility features
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- Semantic landmarks, headings and ARIA where appropriate.
- Colour contrast tuned to WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
- Reduced-motion support that respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - Alt text on informative images; empty alt on decorative images.
- Descriptive form labels and error messages.
- Screen-reader tested with NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
4. Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content (e.g. video calls) may not meet the full standard. We are actively working with our vendors to close these gaps.
