1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Account registration
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Customer obligations
- Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Do not misrepresent AI output as human review to third parties.
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. AI disclaimer
NEguso provides AI-generated feedback for informational purposes only. AI output may be incomplete, biased or inaccurate. It is not legal, medical, financial or employment advice, and does not guarantee any job outcome. Always exercise human judgement. See AI Transparency.
5. Booking terms
- Coaching and pod bookings are confirmed by email once payment succeeds.
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; see Refund Policy.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the original price.
- We may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice if a coach becomes unavailable.
6. Payments and pricing
- Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscription cycles are unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant NEguso a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to deliver the service. All NEguso software, branding and content remains our property.
8. Acceptable conduct
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful. Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEguso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or reputation. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
