1. Overview
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, this right is waived for digital content once performance has begun with your express consent. Where relevant we note this expressly at checkout.
2. AI digital services (CV review, interview practice, reports)
- Refundable in full if no credits have been used and no reports have been generated.
- Once an AI report is generated, the service is deemed delivered and refunds are at our discretion (typically declined except for technical failures).
- Partial credit balances are non-refundable but never expire.
3. Coaching sessions
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 4 hours before the session.
- No refund for cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows.
4. Pod bookings
- Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking.
- 50% refund between 48 and 12 hours.
- No refund within 12 hours.
5. Cancellations by NEguso
If we cancel a session or booking, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
6. Technical failures
If an AI report, video call or booking fails due to our infrastructure, we issue a full refund or equivalent credit, no questions asked.
7. Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
- Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
